Our Company has developed the first totally animal product free Nougat. No honey, no eggs, no fats......but with a Gourmet taste, a melt in your mouth texture and a pure white colour.

It is also free of any derivatives such as processing aids, release agents, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. No animal testing and no genetically altered ingredients. A true VEGAN Nougat.



Brief description of the two products now available:

The name is Macadamia Bliss and it is registered by the Vegan Society and proudly displays the Vegan Society Logo.


The ingredients are:

PISTACHIO MACADAMIA BLISS

Macadamia and Pistachio nuts, cane sugar, glucose syrup, wheat protein, vanilla, wafer paper and water.


TROPICAL MACADAMIA BLISS

Macadamia and tropical fruit (to replace Pistachio nuts), cane sugar, glucose syrup, wheat protein, vanilla, wafer paper and water.



Both Nougats have been stability and shelve tested for 2 years and are now available in three sizes: 85gr and 40gr bars, and 10-12gr bite size pieces gift packed.

All our VEGAN Nougats contain Macadamia nuts fresh from local Plantations and are hand made in a pollution free Rural environment in the Noosa hinterland on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia.
